Loss of life
October 23rd, 2007One of our local fire fighters died a few weeks ago while battling a blaze. He was only 19 and way too young to die. He received a heroes funeral with thousand in attendance. Firefighters from all over the country came and paid their respects to their fallen comrade. The procession went right past the front of our house and was an amazing sight. A display of respect like this just goes to show you that the world still has a lot of good people in it despite what you read in the news everyday. God Bless our fallen firefighters and their families.
