My garage is my work area for projects around the house. As you can imagine the floor has amassed all kinds of stains. The most common are oil and paint from my many different tasks. There is also many cracks due to the age of the floor. I was going to have the concrete redone but after reviewing garage floors my thoughts have changed to having the floor done in tile. They have a nice selection to choose from and the cost is well within my budget.
