The mayor elect in Phildaelphia has chosen his new chief of police to come from Washington D.C. He is a tough cop who is more friendly to the citizens than he is to his own police force. Chief Ramsey turned down the crime rate in D.C. and can do it again in Philly. We someone who is not going to be afraid to bend some rules when it comes to arresting criminals. The stop & frisk law should be approved so that if police have a strong suspicion about a possible suspect they can search them on the spot. I think as long as they don’t abuse it the law will help. If criminals think there is a chance they may get searched they may be less likely to carrry a weapon.

The wife and I are looking to redecorate our master bathroom. We are looking to do the walls and floors in tile. We have been to a few local stores and have not been satisfied

with the selections that are available. A friend told us to check glass tile for a

wide selection of tiles. The site is very easy to shop and the selection is second to none.

I really like the section on stone mosaic patterns. I may have a little trouble talking my wife into it but the selection is very affordable. Once we do make our choice the bathroom will be a room we can really enjoy thanks to glass tile .

I don’t feel like it’s going to be a very good holiday season this year. This has been a very tough year financially and I know it’s not supposed to be but not having a lot of money to spend seems to be keeping me in a rut. I will be looking to my wife to bring my spirit up and I know she won’t let me stay down for long. After all it is about spending time with family and having fun regardless of the money spent on gifts.

Philadephia is quickly becoming a shooting gallery for police. We had two more officers wounded tonight when they were serving a warrant. Neither officer was severely wounded and they are out of the hospital tonight. I can’t believe that we as a society can breed such human trash. These men and women are putting their lives on the line every shift they work. How can the parents of today allow their children to turn into such vial adults. If we don’t straighten this out very soon the future does not look very bright. Our children are really turning into animals. They would shoot you just as soon as look at you. Not the world I dreamed of living in when I was young.

The price of gas just topped $3.00 a gallon in the Philadelphia area. By the time they get done raising the price we won’t have a dime left to spend on our families for Christmas. I don’t know about others but my money only spends once. If I have to give it to the oil companies I will not have it to spend on my children. Enough is Enough. You people should be shot!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just in time for the holiday season gas has now jumped 32 cents a gallon in our area. The money grubbers at the oil companies can say anything they wish to say but it’s all one big lie. They just love to rape the American people. I work hard enough for my money and need to put food in my kids mouth but these morons just keep taking more and more away. Happy Holidays!!

John Lewis has been returned from Miami to the Philadelphia police. He was arraigned last night and is being jailed outside of Philadelphia because his mother is a corrections officer in Philly. The District Attorney is debating on seeking the death penalty or life in prison. In my opinion he should get what he gave. The tax payers should not have to keep him clothes and food for the rest of his miserable life.

The Republicans swept yet another election day in Delaware County. The judges and council members were pretty much run away races. I have learned over the last 15 years of living in Delco that it is by far a Republican area. The Democrats have won very few elections in the time I have lived here. (except for Joe Sestak). The thing is that the longer they stay in control of Delaware County the worse it seems to get. Philadelphia is spreading to the west and the territory is getting worse every day.

I like to plan vacations with my family. We love to travel to Ocean City, MD at least once a summer. The vacation is always anticipated as we plan it over the winter months by touring vacation rentals and choosing the accommodations from the different real estate companies. The first trip we made was the most fun we’ve had on a vacation. We planned a lot of our activities before we arrived because we did our research and found a lot of places that we wanted to visit. They have a nice boardwalk and an amusement/water park that is a great way to spend a day. There is miniature golf on just about every corner and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We are never bored and find ourselves planning things for our next vacation that we did not get a chance to do on our present one. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. We can’t wait to return next summer.

The Philadelphia police buried one of their own yesterday. The funeral was attended by thousands and was a real tribute to a fine man. Officer Cassidy devoted his entire life to serving the city of Philadelphia and the city paid their respects to him the best way they knew how. The ceremony was very touching and made me proud to be from this area. The offiicers killer is now on his way back to the city and has already confessed to the shooting. I want the officers family to know that he will never be forgotten and is truly admired for all he did in his life. We will miss you Officer Cassidy. Rest in peace.
