Now that December has rolled around it is time to listen to the local weather forecasters turn every chance of precipitation into a major snow storm. We are due to recieve a coating to and inch tonight in the Philadelphia area and that is all we are hearing about on the local news. They need to stop trying to excite people and just let nature take its course. If it snows it snows………

The lastest is a 15 year old boy shooting a 5 year old while the mother was at a lounge partying. The teen was just apprehended today and is apparently remorseful for the shootings. The Philadelphia area is quickly becoming an area I do not wish to live in any longer. Kids today would shoot you if you look at them the wrong way. Society is to blame because we allow guns to be accessible to anyone. The world is a violent place and I do not see any future other than bleak because the people that have the abiltiy to turn it around just don’t give a crap. Our children see all this violence and assume it is the way they should be acting in order to fit in. We allowed the world to become as it is today and God help us in the future.

My money(or what I have left) is on oil rising over $100.00 a barrel this week. I just can’t figure out how they can continue to lie about why the price is rising. Why can’t they just admit that they are just greedy and get it over with. The oil companies must have meetings for reasons to raise the price and what we can tell the public. I don’t know about the rest of the people out there but my pay check only spends once and giving more and more to the oil companies doesn’t leave me enough to do much of anything else. This is so wrong………

The FAA is going to attempt to rush its plans to reaorganize the air space up and down the east coast. They will likely try for December and the law suits  pending will need to be processed much faster to get an injunction prior to its approval. We do not need to have planes flying over our homes in Delaware County, PA any more than they already do. We need to have this plan stopped.

We had a nice day today in the Philadelphia area. The day started with a football game where St.Joe’s beat our Lady of Fatima. The weather was great and the game was excellent. The boys put left it all on the field. We relaxed for the afternoon and then went to dinner at buffet for the first time. The food was okay but we decided it was a one time thing, We’re all going to help my wife Mary prepare the whole meal at home next year. She got her point across to the kids on how much of an effort it is to prepare a meal that size by your self. Well gotta go…hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving.

The lawsuits that are pending in relation to the proposed airport flight plan changes in our area have been pushed forward . The local state rep Joe Sestak is moving forward to stop the FAA from flying more planes over our homes in Delaware County PA. There is already enough nosie and air pollution from the planes and we just do not want anymore. Keep pushing Joe we appreciate the effort and are behind you 100%.

I just want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you enjoy the time with your family and cherish every moment. I actually have the day off work for the first time in 11 years. I am really looking forward to spending it at a football game in the morning watching my daughter cheer for her team. The afternoon and evening will be spent eating and relaxing with my wife, children and friends. Sure beats working……

The media is talking about oil breaking $100.00 a barrel this coming week. I stay say we should stop driving our cars for at least one day. If we did that they oil company’s would lose millions of dollars. I know it doesn’t sound like much but I would be willing to burn a vacation day or two just to sit at home so that the oil companies could take a financial loss. They deserve it so bad.

The Eagles should be able to even their record at 5-5 today at the Link. The Dolphins are still looking for their first victory of the year. They will give a rookie quarterback his first start which the Eagles defense should enjoy. Jim Johnson loves to give a rookie his first game experience with his blitz packages. Should be a good game for the Birds as long as they don’t get over confident.

Barry Bonds can now consider his career as officially over. He will not be offered a contract by any team as long as he has been indicted for obstruction and perjury. Just having him on your roster would be a major distraction. He might as well just retire now. He has lied to all of us for years and he is lucky this didn’t happen before he broke the home run record. The record is already tainted and this situation will only make it worse for Bonds. I guess he should have given it a shot naturally.
