Well the Rockies didn’t fare too well in Boston. They will be coming home down 2-0 to the Red Sox. Last nights game was much better than the opener but they need to put some urgency into the game. They do have the opportunity to take the next three games at home in Denver but they need to bring their A game. The Red Sox have the experience but I still think the Rockies can pull it off. Maybe the thinner air in Denver will be to their advantage. We’ll see.
 I was surfing the web last week looking to locate some information about sales training. There are a million schools that have all kinds of training but one that caught my eye. The school has historically been for plumbers training. The part that caught my eye is the school listened to students who had taken their courses. They were requesting courses on how they could improve their plumbing business. Sales Training UK took the time to listen to what their students needed to succeed and then did something to help them achieve their goals. A school like that is worthwhile because if the student is receiving the training necessary to succeed then the school is a success.
The Flyers got their semi annual reality check in Florida the last two nights. They’re coming out with the usual two losses. The team just does not play well in the sunshine state. I saw parts of the games and they were just flat out beaten. Luckily for us this is just two games out of an eight game road trip. We’ll see what happens in Boston on Saturday. Good teams rebound from off games and I think the Flyers have what it takes. I would not have guessed they’d be 6-3 at this point in the year. We’ll take it.
